2018 Domaine Amelie & Charles Sparr, Pinot Gris 'Sensation'

The “Sensation” by Charles Sparr is born from Pinot Grigio grapes in purity. The clusters are harvested in two vineyards that differ in soil composition and climatic conditions, but united by the biological regime rigorously applied in them. After soft pressing, fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by aging in contact with the noble lees. Structured white, faithful to the traditions of the territory.

Pale straw yellow and bright to the eye. Intense nose that smells of white peach and apple, acacia and hawthorn. Warm and enveloping in taste, full-bodied, enlivened by the mineral flavor.
