Sweet banana. Some sugars and delicate peat. The sweet notes build slowly with a hint of cut grass. There is a trace of watery
melon and the peat evolves a little more. The palate is initially more expressive with a sting of peat and better sugars. The fruit is simplistic with enough honey to carry the elements.
