Tutored Tastings have always been a staple in our monthly events, but this month is considered to be more special, and with much thrill, as we welcome back a great expert, and one of friends from Berry Bros. & Rudd, Frédéric Cayuela!
Lots are familiar with Pecorino as a cheese, yet only a minority are acquainted with the Pecorino grape, employed in the making of delicious white wine. This wine boasts flavors reminiscent of jasmine and peach and a pleasantly sharp acidity. Supposedly named after the fact that shepherds would eat some of these grapes when they were ripe while transporting their sheep across Abruzzo.
