Demystifying Wine: Interactive Wine Class

March 16, 2019

Demystifying Wine unraveled the complexity of wine with an engaging wine class led by The Expat Sommelier last March 16, 2019 at Estate Wine’s own Tasting Room. The class covered how to systematically taste wine, recognize its attributes, grape varieties, how to choose wines, and so much more. All 11 attendees enjoyed 5 different wines from Berry Bros. & Rudd, a rosé: NV Reserve Rosé, Collovray & Terrier, two whites: 2013 Chablis, Domaine du Colombier & 2015 Good Ordinary White, Dourthe, and 2 reds: 2014 Good Ordinary Claret, Dourthe & 2015 Leap In The Dark, Pinot Noir.
