Intense aromas of ripe red berries and red apple on the nose. The palate is comfortably dry and round, with hibiscus florals, hints of blackberry, and a whisper of mint. Light tannins from the Oolong tea run through the mid-palate, adding structure. The finish is long, dry, and cleansing — the driest expression in the Copenhagen range, with just a rounded, gently tannic tail.
