The Alsace Pinot Noir "Jardin d'Eden" signed by Charles Sparr was born in the Altenbourg vineyard, from predominantly calcareous soils, from grapes grown and processed according to biodynamic principles

Intense ruby red to the eye. The nose offers an intense, fruity and floral bouquet, with hints of ripe cherry and violet in evidence. In the mouth it is rich and balanced, with a pleasant salty sensation that traces the sip of good persistence and length.
